Vacuum lift system for compact equipment

patent-pending design powered by a hydraulically driven vacuum pump. Quick-connect hydraulic hoses and a universal mounting plate makes switching attachments fast and easy so you can maximize productivity. The SS 2 can also be used with a variety of mini-excavators or small cranes using the clevis hook connection.The SS2 weighs 98 pounds (without mounting plate) but has a lifting capacity up to 2,716 pounds. The vacuum pump requires an auxiliary hydraulic valve connection with at least 10 gpm and no more than 3,000 psi. The vacuum pump maintains a constant vacuum in the pressure reservoir. When activated, the system pulls a vacuum between the integrated 24” x 24” vacuum pad and the object to be lifted, providing a powerful positive seal. The Vacuworx Tough Seal pad seal is used on the vacuum pad to cover the material to be lifted and create the necessary suction. The vacuum seal holds until the operator activates the release, even in the event of a power failure.

Two other models of Vacuworx vacuum plates are available: The CM 3 unit weighs the same as a standard skid-steer bucket, so it does not affect the lift capacity of the host machine.The new CM 3 compact modular vacuum lifting system can handle materials such as concrete slabs, steel plates and pipeup to 6,600 pounds.
The rugged all-steel unit is designed to accommodate single or double pad configurations to lift a variety of material weights and sizes. The adjustable spreader bar for double pads extends from 61 to 85 inches; flat and pipe pads are sold separately to fit your specific needs.

The portable PS1 model that uses a rechargeable battery with 8-hour runtime and up to 1,700-pound lift capacity It is the perfect solution for smaller lifting challenges that come up daily on jobsites, in the yard or in the shop. The patent-pending portable lifter makes light work out of lifting heavy pieces of concrete, marble, granite, metal, steel and iron.
Weighing just 25 pounds, the small lifter can be used indoors or outside and is a great companion to small equipment such as skid steers, electric skid steers, mini electric excavators, forklifts and small cranes.
The PS 1 comes with one of three standard, interchangeable pads, which can also be ordered separately: 8 inch x 12 inch (693-pound lifting capacity), 12 inch x 16 inch (1,276-pound lifting capacity) and 16 inch x 16 inch (1,654-pound lifting capacity). Additional pad configurations, including small pipe pads, are available upon request.
