Rouse Rental Report Highlights
The May 2016 Rouse Value Index for used equipment prices decreased to 42.7, down 1.2% from April values, according to the Rouse Rental Report's June newsletter.
The decrease is the thirteenth consecutive month of declines. The May value is down 8.9% from the mid-2015 peak of 46.9, and is below the April 2007 peak of 45.5. However, the May 2016 Rouse Value Index remains 43.9% higher than the prior trough period of 29.7 in June 2009.
