Manitou Americas Continues 26-Year Road America Partnership
Manitou Americas, Inc. delivered two new Gehl RS Series Telescopic Handlers to Road America, a four-mile, 14-turn road circuit in Elkhart Lake, Wis. Since 1990 the company and track have partnered, with Manitou Americas providing Gehl and Manitou constructoin product to help Road America keep the track and ground maintained, to place concrete dividers for track safety and even removing disabled cars from the track.

Road America hosts more than 11 major races throughout the year including INDYCAR and the NASCAR Xfinity Series in 2016. “We’re happy to continue our long-standing relationship with the Road America,” said Dan Miller, President Compact Equipment Division, President and CEO Manitou Americas Inc. “We’re proud that our equipment is used not only in maintaining the race course, but also to ensure safe racing at Road America throughout the season.”
Manitou Americas uses Road America racing events to host dealers, prospects and end-users. The entertaining venue draws in key prospects and provides the Manitou Americas sales teams with a great environment for building successful relationships.
