JCB Opens New Parts Distribution Center
JCB has officially opened its newest North American parts distribution center in Aurora, IL. This Chicago-area facility will serve as JCB’s main parts distribution center in North America, joining the company’s three other parts warehouses in Savannah, GA; Fontana, CA and Ontario, Canada.
“This new facility more than doubles our previous North American warehouse capacity, making it possible for us to stock more parts inventory in North America than ever before,” said Chris Giorgianni, vice president of parts and services for JCB North America. The facility will also help speed up delivery, he said.
The warehouse will serve as the main parts distribution hub, servicing a large portion of the Midwestern United States, the Northeast and South Central United States. JCB’s North American Headquarters in Savannah and its parts distribution center in Fontana, CA will continue to provide primary parts support to the Southeastern, Western U.S. and Mexico respectively, with the Chicago warehouse providing backorder support as needed and the Ontario, Canada facility continuing to serve its Canadian dealers and customers.
