STAFDA offers EMV credit card seminar
With the switch to “chip" or Europay/Mastercard/Visa (EMV) credit cards and the increase in mobile commerce, the Specialty Tools and Fasteners Distributors Association (STAFDA) will be offering a one-hour online seminar on this technology July 19, 2016.
Crystal Anthony from Paysafe will cover what rental/equipment distributors/STAFDA members need to know to handle mobile commerce (M-Commerce), EMV compliance and other best practices. In response to massive breaches of security, chip cards offer improved payment security but it also means switching to more secure technology and internal processing to comply with new guidelines.
