Casale Rent-All, SmartEquip Enter Agreement
Casale Rent-All has entered into an agreement to implement SmartEquip’s on-line parts support network. Servicing the Capital Region of New York, Casale Rent-All will use SmartEquip's Enterprise application to access parts and service information from the manufacturers they represent.
The application works in conjunction with Casale's Point-of-Sale software to automate service workflow across the company's locations. Their objective is to leverage the combined platform to reduce parts order errors, increase technician wrench time and reduce down time.
Casale Rent-All is one of the first Point-of-Rental customers to join the SmartEquip Network. Earlier this year, SmartEquip and Point-of-Rental Software announced a strategic partnership to integrate their respective software platforms. This integration enables Point-of-Rental’s Enterprise users to add SmartEquip through an interface. SmartEquip recently formed partnerships with Wynne Systems, Base Plan, Texada, and Genisys, as well.
