New Ditch Witch Site Provides HDD Tooling Recommendations
Ditch Witch recently launched a new website, including its HDD Advisor, a web-based tool that lets users quickly determine the right tooling configuration for Ditch Witch or Vermeer directional drills.
The new HDD Advisor, the company says, will save time and money, helping users select everything in the string, from the drill pipe to the saver sub to the back reamer. It's only one of the interactive features available on the new site's Quick Tools, located under Support in the new site's navigation bar.
The new website offers a modern look and functionality, an easy-to-use customer account portal, faster access to local dealer information, along with the Advisor and other tools. It also showcases a new myDitchWitch customer portal that serves as an access point to Parts Lookup and allows customers to set their dealer preference, manage their account profile, and more.
Key features on each product page are now highlighted and divided into categories for easier viewing, and the new site also simplifies viewing, downloading and printing product literature and catalogs. The new website design is responsive allowing it to conform to desktop, laptop and mobile communication devices, improving user experience.
