Brush Chipper Maintenance Videos Available
Based on customer input, Morbark has taken key questions and created a series of vidoes to support maintenance of the company's Beever brush chippers. These “Maintenance Made Easy” videos will be available online on Morbark’s website and easily accessed through QR codes on maintenance cards available through any local authorized Morbark dealer or by request at www.morbark.com/MaintenanceMadeEasy.
The QR codes let you quickly access the videos on your smart phone. Introduced at a trade show last winter, the QR codes received very positive response, according to Casey Gross, Morbark Tree Care Products Sales Manager. “These videos will be immensely valuable to our customers, as they show them how to do simple adjustments and routine maintenance that will improve the performance of their Beever brush chippers.”
The videos include information on the tools needed, approximate time to complete and easy-to-follow instructions on how to do the task. The first five videos are:
- Anvil Adjustment
- Setting the Auto Feed
- NACD Clutch
- Belt Tension
- Knife Care
Additional videos will be added in the future, based on requests and recommendations from customers and common questions dealers and Morbark’s service technicians receive.
