ADMAR Unveils Renovated Showroom
With spring here and the season’s construction projects soon starting, dozens of construction professionals attended yesterday's celebration of ADMAR’s newly renovated 19,000-square-foot showroom in Pittston.
The event included a Wacker-Neuson Road Show demonstration and Vertical Digging System Excavator Challenge. ADMAR is the exclusive distributer of the Wacker-Neuson compact equipment line.
Since opening a year ago, ADMAR’s Wilkes-Barre/Scranton location is now an “Elite Stihl Dealer” and is rapidly expanding its staff. This growth and recent honor — along with the company’s significant investment in major renovations — demonstrates ADMAR’s commitment to its Wilkes-Barre customers and the community as a whole.
“ADMAR is proud to make this investment in the Wilkes-Barre community,” Wilkes-Barre Branch Manager Ed Cologie said. “Our newly renovated showroom is a demonstration of our commitment, and we’re excited to grow even more in the months and years ahead.”
ADMAR Safety Director Mike Laboski, CSP and other experts were on hand at the event, demonstrating construction equipment and machinery, and sharing insights on National Dig Safely Month. Occurring every April, National Dig Safely Month encourages professionals and DIY homeowners alike to practice safe-digging procedures. Studies show that a utility line is damaged by digging equipment every three minutes. Laboski and other safety experts provided information to help consumers make the right decision to call 811 before digging.
