Generac Power Systems announced last week that it has established a new brand and commercial group to better serve its mobile power products customers, combining the Magnum Power Products, MAC Heaters, and Tower Light brands, said Aaron Jagdfeld, Generac Power Systems’ president and chief executive officer.
The new commercial group will provide a more effective and efficient solution for customers to purchase products, request services, and receive customer support. Generac Mobile Products brings all mobile products under one umbrella, creating a single-sourcing contact.
Jagdfeld said single-sourcing will enhance customer support and offer efficiencies and time savings for its customers.
