Point of Rental makes acquisition
U.S.-based Point of Rental, Inc., announced the acquisition of U.K.-based Syrinx by Higher Concept Software.
The acquisition merges two industry leaders in rental management software. Point of Rental currently serves more than 2700 customer locations in more than 33 countries, but with the addition of Syrinx’s 2000 customers in more than 10 countries, this merger makes Point of Rental one of the largest rental software providers in the world.
