Weber MT North America announces leadership changes
Weber MT, GmbH announces its new leadership team for Weber MT North America to focus on customer service, transformation and continued quality.
Todd DeWindt has joined the Weber MT, Inc. management team on March 13, 2017 as the North American sales director. Previously, DeWindt was employed at Yanmar and Terex and has more than 20 years of experience in the construction equipment industry, from dealership to regional management at the manufacturer level.
DeWindt understands the business and how dealerships operate and has covered very large territories with many dealerships as well as national accounts. He is excited to be part of a family-owned manufacturing company that makes quality and customer service its top priority.
In other announcements, Angela Ellingwood has been promoted to marketing operations director for North America at Weber MT, Inc. With more than 15 years of experience in leadership, marketing and international business, Angela is excited about this new role.
The goal is to assure end-to-end marketing optimization in a more accountable manner. because marketing and operations are intertwined, conflict within these two areas could cause inaccurate demand and supply, inefficiencies and unsatisfied customers. With customer service being our number one goal, these two areas must be in sync to improve the company’s competitiveness and profit, company sources report.
The goal of this new leadership structure is to close the loop between sales and marketing/operations. DeWindt and Ellingwood look forward to increasing brand awareness of Weber MT, North America wide through strategic collaboration of both divisions.
They know that Weber MT’s success depends on the customer’s success, so gaining a greater understanding of shared values and cultivating long-term partnerships will be a key part of this transformation, company sources report.
