Trident’s patented SSK-04, high-traction, non-directional traction pattern provides even wear irrespective of the direction of motion, uniform performance in all directions of motion with reduced vibration.

Most boom lift tires currently available are in a R4 traction, directional pattern. Because boom lifts have a 360-degree swing, there is no defined forward and reverse direction.

Directional tires, when frequently used in reverse will exhibit faster wear and are prone to vibration. Trident’s patented SSK-04, high-traction, non-directional traction pattern provides even wear irrespective of the direction of motion, uniform performance in all directions of motion with reduced vibration.

They also eliminate the need for stocking left and right SKUs, reducing inventory for OEMs and end users.

As most pneumatic boom lift tires are foam-filled with polyurethane, the inner tire profile has been optimized to reduce consumption of polyurethane tyre fill resin, thus reducing material intensity of petroleum products.

Sizes available are 315/55D20, 355/55D625, 15-625 and 18-625. These are also available as ready-to-fit foam-filled tire wheel assemblies in black and non-marking styles.
