A great addition to this tool is the Hilti chamfer grinding shroud. With easy attachment, the shroud is the ideal solution for grinding the edges of columns and walls in a productive and accurate way. The first step is to choose a horizontal or vertical orientation to grind, then choose the appropriate chamfer width clip, and attach the shroud. Hilti offers ½-, ¾- 1- and 1½-inch clips to achieve the desired finished chamfer width.

For an even smoother finish, Hilti offers the turbo cup wheel for angle grinders with continuous rim segment, to use with the shroud or as an intermediate step from a segmented cup wheel to the finishing pads offered for the DGH 130.

The SPX finishing pads for the DGH130 are available in three different categories: Grit 50 (brown color) for fast concrete finishing and cleaning, to be used as a first step; Grit 100 (blue color) for fine concrete finishing and paint preparation, to be used after grit 50; Grit 200 (grey color) for extra-fine concrete finishing and exposed concrete preparation, to be used after Grit 50 and 100.
